The room had good amenities, making my one-night stay more comfortable. Room service was excellent, delivering food promptly without hassle. I enjoyed the spacious bathroom that featured a great shower and a fantastic city view from the window, providing an inviting ambiance.

I had a fantastic stay with an amazing pool area and a breakfast that really impressed me with its variety and quality! One downside was the room's size. it felt a bit sparse compared to the photos. Definitely would choose this spot again for my next trip!

Family with children experience

The pool area was a tremendous hit with my kids, they couldn't get enough of it! Also, the kids zone provided a perfect place for them to play and let loose, while I enjoyed some much-needed downtime.

It wasn't exactly a bargain, but still acceptable.

I had a very enjoyable stay in the Superior King Room, where I appreciated the extensive breakfast buffet offering freshly made cappuccinos and a variety of options to start my day. The pool area was perfect for relaxation despite being busy. However, the elevator situation could definitely be improved, as it often took a long time to wait for a ride.

novotel is a very modern hotel with comfortable rooms and helpful staff. the gym and pool area were nice, perfect for relaxation. the breakfast spread was one of the best, offering many vegetarian options. the location is close to a variety of weddings and yoga events, making it ideal for families or anyone looking for some wellness activities.

the only downside was the shower pressure, which could be improved.
